Manage Microsoft Planner plans, buckets, and tasks

Create a bucket in a Planner plan.

Create a Planner plan in a Microsoft 365 group (user must be a group member).

Create a task in a Planner plan. If bucket_id is omitted, the first bucket in the plan is used.

Delete a Planner task. Requires etag from planner_get_task.
