About Individu

Individu is a personal AI assistant for the tools already in your day: Gmail, WhatsApp, calendar, Slack, Notion, and more. Connect each app once, then ask in plain language. Individu reads what moved overnight, keeps a single activity feed, drafts replies for your approval, and runs automations while you are away.

The product is built so work stays in those apps instead of a new workspace you have to migrate into. Morning briefings are short narratives, not a wall of notifications. To-dos can trace back to the thread that created them. When a message is ready to send, it waits for your sign-off.

Individu is a Dutch company (KVK 97860891, VAT NL005293287B03). Connected accounts stay under your control: you choose what to link, you can disconnect anytime, and you can purge memory or delete your account from settings. When to use Individu

Use Individu when you want one assistant to catch you up across email, chat, and calendar; draft a reply without sending it; run a recurring briefing or inbox catch-up; or keep background agents watching for changes while you are offline. It is the wrong fit if you need a team workspace, a replacement for those apps, or an unattended sender that never asks before it messages people.
