Zoom notifications in Individu

Availability

Zoom live notifications are being verified in a restricted pilot. Public Marketplace installation is awaiting review. Connecting Zoom for assistant tools does not automatically enable live notifications. Supported events keep polling until delivery coverage is verified.

Connect your account

Sign in to Individu, open Apps, choose Zoom and connect your own account. When live notifications are available for your connection, choose Connect live notifications and authorize Individu notifications for that same Zoom account. Your Zoom administrator may need to approve the app.

Individu verifies access to a recent recording through both connections and limits the feed to its recording host. A recent cloud recording may be needed to establish this match. You do not need to create a webhook or send us credentials.

Choose useful recording alerts

Enable Recording ready in your Zoom connection settings. The feed covers completed cloud recordings for your verified recording host. It does not promise coverage of local recordings, every recording shared with you, or every host in your organization. Existing Zoom plan and cloud-recording permissions apply; Individu does not require buying an upgrade to enable webhooks.

Individu checks that the recording is complete and still accessible. Duplicates, historical activity and disabled events stay quiet. New candidates are assessed for usefulness and ordinary activity may be grouped for approximately 30 seconds, with a maximum batching wait of 60 seconds. Your notification preferences, usage allowance and active-conversation deferral still apply.

Permissions and control

The notification app requests permission to list your cloud recordings and view a recording. The notification flow uses recording identifiers, completion state and meeting titles; it does not download recording media.

Turn Recording ready off in Individu to stop alerts. Disconnect the account in Individu or remove Individu notifications in Zoom to revoke access. Reconnect when prompted if access changes. Live and Partial coverage describe verified delivery, rather than installation alone.

Privacy and support

Credentials and retained event payloads are encrypted. Read Individu’s Privacy Policy and Terms for data handling and account controls. For help, email support@individu.ai with your delivery status and event type. Never send passwords, client secrets or signing keys.
